ALUMINUM 0.020 gauge

Precision formed in two pieces, Shield's aluminum els provide an excellent protective finish for exterior and interior pipe insulation. Designed for outstanding performance in either hot or cold service.

Manufactured from 0.020 gauge aluminum, fittings are manufactured in 90-degree and 45-degree long radius to fit pipe sizes from 13mm (1/2-inch) IPS to 300mm (12-inch) IPS. Insulation thickness from 25mm (1-inch) to 100mm (4-inch) available.

A Shield Metal exclusive in 0.020 gauge aluminum, this product provides a stylish alternative to smooth finish els. Available in both 90-degree and 45-degree long radius.

INTERIOR/EXTERIOR COATING (ALUMINUM ONLY)

Factory applied, acrylic coating on interior and exterior plus a moisture barrier on the interior surface give high corrosion protection.
